About The Program:
Permian Warrior Partnership™ (PWP) is a veteran-focused, community-led initiative to proactively connect with all veterans and ensure access to quality resources and opportunities available in collaboration with the community. We aim to cultivate an integrated, resilient, and prosperous veteran community within the Permian Basin by improving veteran quality of life thus ending veteran suicide. Supported by funding from the Permian Strategic Partnership and the Abell-Hanger Foundation, it is the culmination of the Community Integration program.
Permian Warrior Partnership is standing by to serve veterans, their families, and caregivers in the Permian Basin. Coordinated assistance with veterans’ benefits and connections to local and national resources are just a call away!

Meet Our Program Lead
Roy Dobbins
Program Lead
Roy Dobbins currently serves as Program Lead of the Permian Warrior Partnership program, supporting the community and the veterans served through the America’s Warrior Partnership Community Integration Model.
A veteran of the United States Army, Roy began his career in Air Defense Artillery as a Vulcan Cannon Gunner going on to serve as a Network Engineer with NSG in Washington D.C. He has spent much of his civilian career as an Information Technology Director. Roy received his bachelor’s degree from Grantham University of Engineering and is currently working towards a Masters in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Texas Permian Basin.
Roy and his wife enjoy spending time with various community and church organizations giving back to their local community.
