Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all Permian Basin veterans who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

What's Included: General Admission Tailgate Tickets for the Best of the West concert, featuring Pat Green, scheduled for Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., will be distributed up to five (5) tickets per verified veteran household, on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Dates: Best of the West concert is on Saturday, September 13th, 2025 at 6:00pm.

Participants: Veterans 18 years or older who submit online entry form to PWP.

Entry Period: Entries must be submitted by Friday, September 5th , 2025 at midnight.

Recipient Notification: Ticket recipients will be notified via email. We will attempt to contact each recipient three times within 72 hours. If the recipient does not respond within this timeframe, tickets may be given to alternate recipients. Permian Warrior Partnership (PWP) will coordinate ticket exchange with recipient prior to the start of the concert at the Permian Warrior Partnership table. Ticket receipt is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Age and Health Restrictions: There are no restrictions.

Non-Transferable: The tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

Verification: Winners may be required to provide proof of veteran status and age.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions, and they represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. Participants grant PWP and its affiliates the right to use their name, image, likeness, and service-related information for related marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, print materials, websites, and press releases, without additional compensation or prior notice, unless prohibited by law.

Disqualification: Any false information provided within the context of the giveaway by any entrant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate disqualification of the entrant.
